Fly a Kite Day & Girl Scout Cookie Sale at Winterton Farms

Join us for Fly a Kite Day in Bloomingburg, NY at Winterton Farms as we celebrate National Go Fly a Kite Day with a relaxed and family-friendly spring event in the Sullivan Catskills.

On Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 12 PM to 6 PM, spend the day outdoors enjoying fresh air, open space, and simple seasonal fun on the farm.

In honor of National Go Fly a Kite Day, we’re inviting guests of all ages to enjoy kite flying in our open fields.

Bring your own kite or pick up a kite kit on-site (limited quantities available). This is the perfect way to welcome spring and enjoy a timeless outdoor activity.

🍪 Girl Scout Cookie Sale (1 PM – 4 PM)

A local Girl Scout troop will be on-site selling cookies from 1 PM to 4 PM. Stop by to support the troop and stock up on your favorite varieties.

Cookies are available while supplies last.

🌿 Make It a Full Day

Winterton Farms offers a welcoming, open space for families to explore, relax, and enjoy time together.

Guests 21+ can also walk over to neighboring Two Farms Brewing to experience a cookie and craft beer pairing event happening the same day.
