Winterton Farms is a small, family-owned maple, produce and lavender farm.

About Winterton Farms

We pride ourselves on preserving the natural landscape along with using only what nature gave us
to foster the growth of our plants, trees, and products.

What We Do

We are a working farm complete with a seasonal “sugar shack” for making maple syrup straight from the tree, gorgeous fields of lavender, delicious seasonal produce including heirloom tomatoes, multi-color potatoes, fresh herbs and more! Maple

We produce real maple syrup. Our pure NY maple syrup is just that, PURE, it is free from any additives, preservatives or added sugar.  It is not pancake syrup.

Lavender and other Botanicals

We grow a variety of lavender and wild craft various botanicals that grow on the property.  We distill the majority of essential oils for our products and produce hydrosols (floral waters).
