- Maple Magic: We tap over 350 maple trees, producing pure NY maple syrup without additives or preservatives
- Lavender Love: Cultivating 14 unique lavender varieties used in hydrosols, hand creams, soaps, and aromatherapy products

Maple
We produce real maple syrup. Our pure NY maple syrup is just that, PURE, it is free from any additives, preservatives or added sugar. It is not pancake syrup.
Lavender and other Botanicals
We grow a variety of lavender and wild craft various botanicals that grow on the property. We distill the majority of essential oils for our products and produce hydrosols (floral waters).
